Bhagg follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to ensure security and prevent fraud. Identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of suspicious activity.

Certain rules must be followed when betting on Bhagg. Violating these terms and conditions may result in bet cancellation or restrictions being placed on your account.

Bet Acceptance

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed on the platform. No bet is considered final until it has been confirmed.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift after you submit a bet, the system will prompt you for confirmation.
• Bhagg reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the bet amount will be refunded.

Reasons for Bet Cancellation

• Event Cancellation or Postponement
• If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found
• If there is a technical error in the system
• If odds are set based on incorrect information

Maximum Bet Limit

A separate maximum bet limit applies to each event and market. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet on the platform. Bhagg reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

Bhagg supports multiple payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and bank transfer. Specific terms and conditions apply to each payment method.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals to Mobile Pay and Nagad are processed within a maximum of 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements. A minimum rollover of 5x is typically required.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bhagg platform. Violating these terms and conditions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Using fake or fabricated information to claim bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Payments: Making deposits using a payment method registered to someone else is prohibited.
• Account Sharing or Selling: Sharing your account login credentials or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent activity: Hacking, software exploits, or any other fraudulent methods are strictly prohibited.

Bhagg reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Users can also contact the support team at any time to request account closure. As part of responsible betting, a self-exclusion option is also available for a set period.
